I'm up all night to get lucky ;)
Hey everyone, It's Rich with a very important message.
First and foremost, I want to announce to our BDE tribe that Launch Medical is having another huge sale on The Phoenix, and it’s just in time for St. Patrick's Day!

How Do I Know If The Phoenix Acoustic Wave Device Is Right For Me?
If you're still on the fence about buying one because you don't know much about acoustic wave therapy, then I recommend checking out my 1 year review after using The Phoenix. I answer the most common questions out there about The Phoenix. I go into detail about my personal experience with it and how you should adopt the mentality of taking control of your sexual health.
Now you're probably wondering if I'm still seeing results. The answer is YES! I'm able to "rise to the occasion" when I want too. I STILL wake up with strong morning wood every day. And when I have sex, I can maintain my sexual performance. The best part is my partner can feel how hard it gets.
I personally plan on doing a 2nd year review of The Phoenix in the next few months. I'll do the whole process again (cycle of treatments, etc.) to continue seeing results with it and then I'll report back on any changes and improvements.
I think it's important because I'm getting older. We all are. The Phoenix only helps men regain confidence and allows them to "get hard" and fight the sexual decline we men face after the age of 18.
Are Men Ready To Follow The Phoenix Treatment Protocol And Maintain Results For Years To Come?
Although it can help you "get it up", there is still more work to do. The aftercare is YOUR responsibility! Once you follow Dr. Thompson's 120-day Phoenix protocol, you should be making lifestyle changes like dieting, exercising, getting more quality sleep, managing health conditions, talking to your partner, etc. to enhance the results.
Every man is different and my "chapter 20" will be different from your "chapter 20". The important thing is to really hone in on these root causes that are causing these dysfunctions and then tackle them head-on.
For instance, one man can have diabetes and will not only have to manage their condition with their doctor but may or may not need more treatments with The Phoenix than the average guy. Why? Because diabetes is a very debilitating disease that affects the nerves and blood vessels, especially when not managed.
On the other hand, another man who smokes tobacco, vapes, is an alcoholic and is overweight, will need to work on lifestyle changes in order to see benefits with The Phoenix. Smoking constricts blood vessels and alcohol is a sedative that impairs the brain. Lastly, being overweight (which can lead to heart disease and other heart complications) can contribute to a lack of blood flow to the penis.
Then you have examples of guys with performance anxiety or psychogenic sexual performance issues. They may or may not have existing health conditions, but stress, anxiety, and fear of failure during sex will prevent them from seeing results. They will need psychotherapy, CBT, counseling, and other strategies to combat the root causes of psychogenic sexual performance issues.
The list of scenarios can go on...
But, the Bottom line is....we need to tackle our own personal root causes to see results with ANY treatment... not just acoustic wave therapy.
which brings me to my next few points about St. Patty's Day...
Alcohol, Sex, And Shamrocks
Some of you are using St. Patrick's Day as an excuse to binge drink while celebrating the holiday. We just had a wave of COVID-19 during the winter holidays that ruined family gatherings and events. Some of you are probably itching to go out since it's getting warmer out.
I highly suggest taking a look at my post Bad Case Of Whiskey Dick Or Is It Erectile Dysfunction?
Here are some important facts from that post:
Alcohol has a sedating effect on the brain. To get an erection, your brain needs to send a message to your penis. Alcohol slows down or completely cuts the signals between your brain and body. No signals equal no erections!
Alcohol also causes dehydration. It results in low blood volume resulting in reduced circulation. As explained above, erections are all about blood flow, and without normal blood flow you are not going to get a strong erection needed to get the job done.
And If you are dehydrated, your body also produces a hormone called angiotensin. This hormone level increases due to dehydration resulting in constricted blood vessels and reduced circulation.
It is important to drink in a healthy manner to ensure you live a healthy life. Excessive drinking may not only cause temporary ED but other health issues as well.
Now drinking in moderation and staying hydrated can definitely help you avoid the unwanted “whiskey dick”.
Also, you DO NOT want to be a whiskey dick story for "girl talk" or for guys to know about you. Unfortunately, we live in a society where "whiskey dick" is ridiculed, and having that happen to you can lead to some mental roadblocks when "trying" again.
Getting Lucky This St. Patrick's Day With A Date?
We also recently wrote on two important topics:
AND
This is for both parties involved. Sometimes we get nervous when going on a date with someone new. At the same time, some of you are probably on the other side of it and dealing with a partner who is nervous and can't "get it up".
Let's continue the talk and make sure you see both sides to get some anxiety relief on what to do if it happens to you or your partner.
